Study on the MgSnO thin films prepared by sol-gel method

Abstract(in English) Tin oxide (SnO2) and magnesium tin oxide thin films (MgSnO) were prepared using sol-gel method. We varied Mg content of the film and annealing temperature. We characterized the films using X-ray diffraction, scanning electron microscope (SEM) and optical transmission spectra. Solar cells were fabricated by depositing p-type tin sulfide films (SnS) on the SnO2 layers or MgSnO layers using thermal evaporation. The solar cells were investigated by current voltage characteristics.
