Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) In the field of neuromarketing, a method of extracting emotion information from brain activity has attracted attention. In this study, we measured electroencephalogram (EEG) when images classified into 4 types of emotions in valence-arousal plane were presented to the subject. We examined the discrimination of emotion using the event-related potential and the correlation coefficient between electrodes. As a result, the correlation between frontal electrode and posterior-temporal, parietal, and occipital electrode was high at the time of unpleasant image presentation.
