Abstract(in English) This paper builds an integrated sub-assembly temporarily on the basis of electrical insulation coordination, and proposes the basic theory of product safety. Product safety defines the reliability conformity assessment of a structure situation which includes the usability and integrity by distortion of specialization supposing the hazardous event of the composite by technical-specification cooperation as necessary information.
