Abstract(in English) | This paper describes improvement of work element estimation on warehouse work probe system and its performance evaluation. A function of countdown timer is introduced to data acquisition subsystem for standard work elements. The improvement of estimation subsystem for work elements consists of making all of uniform sampling interval, changing quantization method, utilizing handy-terminal data, introducing cost calculation by using changing points, and introducing linear interpolation process. Next, by using work data probed in two warehouses, this improved method is evaluated. Experimental results show that errors are approximately 2%. They show that this method is high feasibility. |
