Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) This paper proposes a method to compensate nonlinear distortion of LED of transmitter by for receiver side in visible light communications using LED lighting. This method can improve the reception quality by linearization of received signal of visible light communication. This paper evaluates the improvement of Signal-Noise Ratio (SNR) with the method by computer simulation. And this paper clarifies the influence of thermal noise added at the receiver on nonlinear distortion compensation. The evaluation results by computer simulation show that the proposed method can achieve the SNR degradation of less than 1dB at input Back-off of more than 6dB.
