| Abstract(in English) | Deaf and hard-of-hearing (DHH) can not get enough disaster information because that information transmission immediately after disaster occurrence often is only using audio broadcasting in private area such as universities, companies, commercial facilities. Especially in situations where there is no staff to guide evacuation, getting information becomes more difficult. In this paper, we describe experiments that transmit information on disasters and evacuation and information on behaviors after evacuation to DHH in disaster drill assuming a situation where there was no staff. According to survey responses, these information leads to safety and security for evacuation behavior in a situation even in the absense of staff. |
