Abstract(in English) Recently, the Delay Tolerant Networks (DTN) have been attracting interest due to having the ability to deliver messages in a network where end-to-end stable connection does not exist. In Vehicular Delay Tolerant Networks (VDTN), through relays and store-carry-forward mechanisms, messages could be delivered to the destination node without an end-to-end connection. Anycast is one of the main routing methods for vehicle-to-cloud communications. In this paper, we use the one simulator to evaluate the performance of existing vehicular DTN protocols for anycast vehicle-to-cloud communications and how different parameters and network conditions affect the performance of routing protocol with RSUs settled
