Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) In recent years, the high turnover rate is regarded as a problem in healthcare workers, especially nurse work, and in particular, irregular work style including night shift is mentioned as one of the causes. In this study, we used a name tag type wearable sensor to quantitatively analyze the relationship between nurse 's irregular shifts in work and happiness. As a result, we discovered that there is a negative correlation between work shifts and happiness indicators. Moreover, by more detailed analysis, it was discovered that between the combination of specific working hours and the happiness indicator, "day shift from deep night shift" which is a counterclockwise way of work, and "quasi-night shift with a break from quasi-night shift". It was suggested that the sense of happiness of nurses could be improved by changing the combination of working hours.
