Abstract(in English) Electronic Navigation Research Institute investigates a multi-static primary surveillance radar (MSPSR) which is expected to be used as the conventional primary surveillance radar (PSR) alternative. In this study, from a view point of the spectral efficiency, we have developed an optical fiber connected passive primary surveillance radar (OFC-PPSR). We introduce the proposed system concept and show the preliminary experimental results.
