Verification of Particle Reallocation Space for the IIR Filter Design Using PSO

Abstract(in English) A propose design method of IIR(Infinite Impulse Response) filters using PSO(Particle Swarm Optimization)is proposed. When the stagnation occurs, the particle reallocation space is determined based on multiple global bests of multiple PSO. In the previous method, some swarms were selected randomly for determining the reallocation space. On the other hand, in this paper, some swarm based on the distance between swarms are selectedto expand reallocation space. Several design examples are shown to verify the design performance.
