Abstract(in English) | We developed a QSFP compatible, high sensitivity 100 Gbit/s ROSA using resonant cavity APDs. In order to suppress the wavelength dependence of its responsivity, we proposed and demonstrated the spectral responsivity control by changing the incident angle to the APD. Then, we fabricated an integrated APD ROSA, which has a responsivity of 0.64 A/W. We confirmed the minimum receiving sensitivity of all channels less than −21.8 dBm at FEC limit BER = 10−6 on the premise of FEC application, and good reception characteristics satisfying the standard specification ITU-T G.959.1 4L1-9D1F were obtained. |
