Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) We fabricated a microhole functionalized as an inline/picoliter spectrometer cell inside a glass optical fiber by use of femtosecond pulsed laser pulses. Gold nanoparticles distributed solution was immersed in the spectrometer cell. Absorption spectra based on localized surface plasmon resonance (LSPR) were observed. Dispersion of gold nanoparticles was protected by Polyvinylpyrrolidone (PVP), and the size of the nanoparticles was between 5 and 10 nm. It is known that colloidal particles such as gold nanoparticles aggregate under the high ionic strength in solution. We observed the change of LSPR absorption spectra when the concentration of gold nanoparticles solution was changed between 2 and 4 wt%. The LSPR absorption spectra of dispersed gold nanoparticles were also changed when sodium chloride added in the solution.
