Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) Recent years, beam forming method is actively researched and developed with array antenna as radar and 5G. For the miniaturization and lowering the cost for which the integrating RF unit is necessary for mounting the array antenna on the surface of the PCB(Print circuit board), and the mounting signal processing MMIC on the reverse. It is difficult that RF-signals transmission are high isolation in the multilayer PCB (≧6 layers) that thick more than 1mm. On the other hand, high isolation transmission methods using the metal waveguide were difficult the miniaturization and lowering the cost. So, in the PCB that assumed 79GHz radar, the transmission in the PCB with the patch element was analyzed electromagnetic fielding. It has been understood that the transmission in the PCB of excellent isolation (< -22dB) is possible by making it to "Orthogonal Layout" that a main electric field of the adjacent patch element is mutually orthogonal.
