Multi-objective Particle Swarm Optimizer Networks with Tree Topology

Abstract(in English) In this paper, we consider island-model multi-objective particle swarm optimization (IMOPSO) in which plural sub-swarms are connected by a tree structure. Conventional IMOPSO consisits of a high-layer sub-swarm to optimize multi-objective functions and low-layer sub-swarms to optimize each single-objective function. Also, it has migration schemes between the high- and low-layer sub-swarms. The proposed method adds new migration schemes between each low-layear sub-swarm. Then, the solving performance can be improved. In the numerical experiments, the effectiveness of the proposed method is confirmed.
