| Abstract(in English) | IT Enabled Services are revisited in consideration with the relationship with regional vitalization. Today's popular technologies such as Industry 4.0, AI, IoT IoE, AR, Robotics, and Block-chain will be utilized in ITeS in the context of revitalizing regional community. This essay is a concept paper about the application of ITeS concept to new information technology and new business. It also deals with the problems of ethical challenges. All may happen as the results of application of ITeS in the regional vitalization. |
