Abstract(in English) Recently, mobile terminals equipped with GPS (global positioning system) such as smartphones have been widely spreaded. Various services using users' location information are provided and attracting attention. In many cases, they are provided on the client / server model to manage the contents and users' location information, which may cause a system failure due to the server overload when the number of users increases.A P2P (peer-to-peer) model is one of the solutions which can distribute the server access load by directly sending and receiving data among peers.Methods to construct P2P networks using location information have also been proposed.However, previous methods have not been implemented into mobile terminals and nor evaluated due to the difficulty to construct mobile P2P networks.In this paper, we aim to realize a location-based P2P network and propose a system that can perform real-time communication on mobile terminals. In addition, we clarify the performance of the proposed system based on experiments to implement into smartphones.
