Abstract(in English) In this study, for constructing flexible underwater wireless sensor network, we discussed underwater visible light communication and wireless power transfer system. This system simultaneously transmits information and power by using LD as a transmitter and solar panel as a receiver. In this paper, we discussed AC/DC separation filter design. And we analyzed BER and power transfer performance in this system with the designed AC/DC separation filter using OOK. As a result, when the filter designed in 10kHz, communication and power transfer performance with the communication frequency of 100 kHz are the highest. When the filter designed in 1kHz, the performance of 10kHz and 100 kHz is improved. And the performance of 100 kHz is the highest. From this result, filter must be designed in lower frequency than the communication frequency. Because in the communication using on off keying (OOK), the actual frequency is lower than the communication frequency.
