Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) An electroencephalography (EEG) is considered as a human interface in the near future. However, the practical use of EEG has various problems. In the present research, in order to put the practical use of the brain-computer interface system using steady-state visual evoked potential, we compared the discrimination accuracy rate using steady-state visual evoked potential (SSVEP) measured by three types of EEG measurement systems, a wired gel electrode, a wireless semi-dry electrode, and wireless dry electrode measuring system. By comparison with the discrimination accuracy, a wired gel electrode system has the highest accuracy rate while some subject has the highest one when SSVEP was measured using dry electrode measuring system. The results suggest that we should select the type of EEG measuring system dependent on each participant.
