[Invited Lecture] 6.78MHz Class E Rectifier

Abstract(in English) This paper presents design and fabrication of a rectifier for RF rectifier contest in March, 2017. We design a class E rectifier and select a low $V_F$ diode for reducing diode loss. By using the class E rectifier, harmonic reflection is suppressed. We designed a matching circuit using source pull measurement for pulling maximum power from RF power supply. As a result, the rectifier achieves RF-DC conversion efficiency of 69.1%.
