| Abstract(in English) | The designated temporary housings were provided in the Great East Japan Earthquake. The temporary housing system is privately rented housing by prefecture and ordinance-designated city. The temporary housing system is a low construction cost as compared with temporary prefabricated housing. As a result, the majority of temporary housings is the designated temporary housings, that is affected by the empty housing problem. We conduct proving test of portable emergency call service for the designated temporary housings of Mashiki town, Kumamoto prefecture. The provision aims to reduce insecurity of disaster adult victims and burden of community support center. This paper describes the effectiveness of the scheme in the provision. |
