| Abstract(in English) | Pupil light reflex (PLR) with melanopsin-containing retinal ganglion cells (ipRGCs), which consisted of 1 second chromatic stimuli, was applied to detect Alzheimer's Disease (AD) patients. Their responses of PLRs were compared between AD patients and healthy participants or three levels of age. Significant differences in their features between subject groups were observed in a condition of PLR with high level of blue light. There were some difference in their features between levels of age. Their specific combinations of features can be used for classification of participants using PLRs with even the short light pulse, in particular high level of blue light. Most features which contributes the classification are related variables of time and velocity of pupillary change. |
