Abstract(in English) Terahertz time-domain spectrometer from approximately 0.1 to 1 THz are frequently used for measuring complex dielectric constants of various materials. We compared the spectral data measured using six transmission-type terahertz time-domain spectrometers to verify the effects of the specifications of each system on the transmittance measurement uncertainty. We prepared high-resistivity silicon plate as a sample and circulated them around the three institutions to measure using each system. In this presentation, we introduce the spectral comparison results and some spectral examples.
