A fairness index based on the linear regression model

Abstract(in English) Jain's index is widely used for a fairness measure. Under Jain's index, a fairness index value is between 0 and 1, and it becomes large as a fair share achieves. When a data varies little, it provides a reasonable value. However, if a data has large deviation, it may be inappropriate. In this research, to solve that problem, we propose a new fairness index based on the linear regression model , and verify the effects by showing some numerical examples.
