| Abstract(in English) | Using adult male SD rats (more than 400g), we made an extracorporeal blood irradiation system. We made three kinds of irradiation instruments which wave lengths are Blue (NCSB NICHIA), UVA (NVSU233AU365 NICHIA), Blue- Green (NCSE NICHIA), and devices to be irradiated from the top of the blood circulation tube spirally held in the plate. The hematologic test and the white blood cell count differential test were performed at the beginning and the ending of each experiment. The survival rate and the difference of the blood test values were compared with the control group (without irradiation).
