[Invited Lecture] High-Temperature Rectifier

Abstract(in English) This report presents ideas, design and implementation for``IEICE WPT COMPETITION 2017 SPRING - Radio Frequency Rectifier''. It is high rectification efficiency competition with 10 dBm input and $50 Omega$ termination. In order to design a high efficiency rectifier, we summarised factors of a rectifier's power loss. To reduce the loss, we focused on a diode's characteristic for temperature in addition to conventional method to improve efficiency. We designed a rectifier and optimum temperature of the diode by using a circuit simulator. In order to warm the diode, the PEACOCK pocket warmer was employed. For install the circuit into the warmer, small implementation was required. The rectification efficiency of the prototype is $75.64%$ and it is certificated ``High Efficiency Award'' for the competition.
