Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) Currently, we are researching a method to recommend related information according to operators’ actions on operational support systems. In this paper, we introduce a method to find relationships between operational support systems and documents by applying association analysis to data collected from operators. We also report our findings and future work through the result acquired from operational logs in a real environment.
