| Abstract(in English) | Various risks are assumed at large international sporting events depending on the environment of the venue. The main task of the organizing committee is to manage the tournament without delay, and in response to a crisis, specialized crisis response organizations work under the control of the organizing committee. Therefore, in order to operate the tournament smoothly and safely, information sharing and interorganizational collaboration are indispensable. We have been researching and developing the system "KADAN" that supports crisis response to complex risks such as natural disasters and cyber-attacks so far. In this paper, we will utilize this system at the 8th ASIAN WINTER GAMES SAPPORO 2017 and investigated its applicability. We report the evaluation results of this system from analysis of task logs exchanged between organizations and questionnaire and hearing survey to users. |
