Abstract(in English) In satellite/terrestrial integrated mobile communication system (STICS), in which a mobile terminal can connect both terrestrial mobile communication systems and satellite base station, we have proposed an application of satellite multi-input multi-output (MIMO) scheme to increase the system capacity. However, in the previous study, the available range of users in the satellite cell where the relative reception delay from two satellites was within a guard interval of multi carrier transmission, was not clear. Therefore, in this study, we analyze the available range of users where the user throughput of satellite MIMO in satellite cell increases, based on the obtained throughput characteristics by numerical results of the previous study.
