Abstract(in English) | This paper proposes a new method to approximate the results of differential calculus of a function. If this function (target function) is obtained by the repetition of additions, subtractions, multiplications, and divisions of easily differentiable functions, then the differential calculus of the target function becomes very complicated. While a recent research has proposed an effective method to avoid this problem, it still remains another problem. We sometimes derive an approximation function for the target function. However, differential calculus of the approximation function is not guaranteed to be reasonably near to the differential calculus of the target function. Now, this paper find that we can obtain approximation of differential calculus of the target function if the target function and its approximation function satisfies special conditions, such as they have the structures of multilinear polynomials. We frequently find that multilinear polynomial in the field of reliability engineering. Therefore our new method has wide applications in this engineering field. |
