| Abstract(in English) | Advanced cryptography is expected as next-generation cryptosystems and has been investigated by many researchers. In this paper, we have identified bottlenecks on social implementation of advanced cryptographythrough survey and consideration of conditions for social information system of cryptography. Based on the results, several use cases are devised and ebaluated. Specifically, we have investigated the existing implementation examples of advanced cryptography, and derived the conditions for incorporating advanced cryptography into actual system and spreading it. Based on the derived conditions, we have devised several use cases that uses advanced cryptography and showed a path to social implementation of advanced cryptography by conducting comprehensive evaluation. We also supplement the latest situation of encryption in the Personal Information Protection Law. |
