Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) In order to deploy IoT communication, active discussions have been performed between the industry, academia, and government. HTTP (hypertext transfer protocol) has been widely applied as a communication protocol for Internet access. A large number of IoT devices are connected to network. Though the data size from sensor devices is very small, it is communicated in large quantities through the network. HTTP requires a large overhead and cannot provide effectiveness. In order to solve this problem, lightweight communication protocols for IoT have been developed. In this paper, we focus on MQTT (MQ Telemetry Transport) of lightweight protocol for IoT. Performance evaluation of IoT communication based on MQTT. Finally, it considers cooperation of MQTT and conventional IP.
