Abstract(in English) | In recent years, studies on the 5th generation mobile communication system (5G) are underway, and massive-MIMO technology that improves the communication speed by the increase of base station antennas attracts attention. In massive-MIMO technology, the arrangement method of base station antenna elements is important. In this paper, we propose a method of arranging a large number of antenna elements without degrading communication quality in the limited space of the base station using mathematical optimization with the channel response corre-lation between the two base station antenna elements as the objective function . In order to evaluate the antenna arrangement obtained by the proposed method, we compare the channel capacity in single user and multiuser withthe case of equally spaced on the vertical plane by ray-tracing in the street-cell line-of-sight environment.
