Unequal Error Protection Codes Based on Reed-Solomon Codes over $GF(2^{m})$

Abstract(in English) A new class of unequal error protection codes based on Reed-Solomon codes over $GF(2^{m})$ is proposed by using the coding and decoding method for modified product codes over $GF(2^{m})$. Furthermore, we can get a binary unequal error protection code which is expanded this unequal error protection code. Examples of these codes over $GF(2^{4})$ are shown in this paper.
