| Abstract(in English) | In this paper, we derive the the first meeting time formula of random walkers toward understanding information dissemination and gathering with short-range wireless communication of mobile users. We model the behavior of a mobile user as a random walk on a graph, and derive the formula by extending the analysis for the first arrival time of a random walk. We also investigate the validity of the derived formula comparing numerical results with simulation ones. Moreover, we discuss the strategy for the efficient information dissemination and/or gathering with mobile users. |
