| 抄録(和) | 近年，プロジェクタ・カメラシステムを用いたインタラクティブアート作品が多く製作されている．その形態のひとつであるテーブルトップ型の作品を暗所で運用する場合，鑑賞者のハンドジェスチャを撮影するために，赤外線カメラを用いる必要があるが，赤外線カメラを利用したハンドジェスチャ認識に関する報告は多くない．本研究では，赤外線カメラの映像から，鑑賞者が行った所望のハンドジェスチャを認識するためのシステムの試作とその精度の評価を目的とする．具体的には，Co-occurrence Histograms of Oriented Gradients (CoHOG) とランダムフォレストを用いたハンドジェスチャ認識システムを構築し，その認識性能について実験的に検証を行った結果を報告する． |
| 抄録(英) | Recently, many interactive art works have been produced using a projector-camera system. In the case of using table-top type works, it is necessary to use an infrared camera to track viewers' hand gestures. However, few studies have been reported using hand gesture recognition with an infrared camera. In this study, we aim to prototype a system for recognizing desired hand gestures performed by viewers from infrared images and evaluate its accuracy. Concretely, we build a hand gesture recognition system using Co-occurrence histograms of oriented gradients and Random forests, and report the experimental results of its recognition performance. |
