Abstract(in English) Photocells. (Solar cells) are used not only under strong sunshine but also under weak irradiation light. In addition, due to the increased attention to IoT (Internet of Things) these days, photocells are growing in importance as independent electric power source for indoor equipments such as wireless sensor network devices. In this context, the low-light characteristics of polymer photocells based on a polymer PTB7-Th and unmodified C70 processed with halogen-free solvent TMB and are briefly reported.
