Abstract(in English) Microwave assisted magnetization switching (MAS) has been expected as one of the prominent future ultra-high density magnetic recording technologies. In this work, we have studied the magnetization switching behavior of a dipolar coupled hard/soft stacked Co/Pt nanodot. While the switching field of the hard layer linearly decreases by 60% with increasing the rf frequency, that of the soft layer decreases by 95% non-linearly.
