Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) In the 5th generation mobile communication system (5G), in order to realize high-speed and large capacity transmission, a large-scale multiple-input multiple-output (MIMO) system using several tens or even hundreds of base station antenna elements is under consideration. Recently, for the large scale MIMO systems, a distributed antenna system where a base station antenna array is divided into some subarrays and the subarrays are distributedly located is being studied. In this paper, we consider indoor environments and evaluate the SINR characteristics for different placements of subarrays and element arrangements of subarrays. The channel state information was obtained by the ray tracing method. We also evaluate the difference in SINR characteristics when changing a user density and the number of users. As a result, it will be concluded that the proposed method is especially effective when the degrees of freedom of array is not sufficient and users are densely located.
