Abstract(in English) | In the fifth generation mobile communication systems, various wireless communication services such as massive machine-type communications (mMTC) and ultra-reliable low latency communications (URLLC) will be supported in addition to the enhanced mobile broadband (eMBB). The physical channels (service channels) dedicated to respective of these wireless communication services will be multiplexed within a shared system frequency band and the respective wireless communication services will have different requirements on frequency efficiency and fairness between terminals. Therefore, appropriate frequency bandwidth assignment to each service channel considering the service requirement, number of terminals, and their channel conditions of all wireless communication services is important for system performance maximization. In this paper, we assume two service channels and define different forms of the system throughput for two service channels considering different service requirements. With definition of integrated system throughput which combine two system throughput levels of two service channels, this paper proposes optimum frequency bandwidth allocation method among service channels for integrated system throughput maximization. Computer simulation results show the effectiveness of the proposed method. |
