Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) This paper studies the physical layer security performance in clustered wireless networks by relying on a stochastic geometry approach. The physical layer security performance is improved by devising arrangement of transmitters. Especially, locating interfering transmitters near a transmitter sending confidential messages and causing harmful interference to eavesdroppers is expected to be one way to improve the physical layer security performance. To investigate this proposal, this paper formulate the SOP on the basis of the stochastic geometry approach, considering the case when the transmitters are distributed according to a Neyman-Scott cluster process. Numerical results reveal the impact of various clustered distributions of transmitters on the SOP. In addition, this paper conducts a comparative evaluation of the SOP between the clustered distribution and a uniform random distribution. It is revealed that the clustered distribution, in particular consisting of small size clusters and a large number of transmitters in each cluster, can reduce SOP compared to the uniform random distribution.
