Abstract(in English) | We have designed and implemented a wireless sensor network system for monitoring damage of buildings. When a natural disaster such as a big earthquake happens, it is important to identify whether the buildings are safe or damaged.as soon as possible. Our proposed system enable collection of information of the damage of the buildings by wireless communication systems. In our implemented system, we use organic piezoelectric films to measure the strain induced in the buildings. The generated voltage value by the organic piezoelectric film will be transmitted by 920MHz low-power wireless communication system to an access points, which will forward the collected data to the data center by wide area cellular networks. We confirm our implemented system enables to transmit the strain of a part of architecture via low-power wireless networks. |
