Abstract(in English) In this study, an optimal placement and shape of a ferrite for improvement performance of a filter circuit for reducing conducted noise was obtained by using topology optimization. As a result, it was confirmed by the electromagnetic field calculation that the filter performance using the optimal ferrite shape was about 40 dB higher than that using simple ferrite cores which placements were decided based on a lumped circuit calculation result. Therefore, it showed the usefulness that the EMC design using topology optimization.
