Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) We developed an ultrasonic complex vibration source using longitudinal vibration transducer and torsional vibration transducer with different resonance frequencies. The longitudinal vibration distribution of this vibration source coincides with the torsional vibration distribution. The vibration source was easy to fix to the rigid body. In addition, each vibration can be controlled by changing the magnitude of the input signal to each vibration transducer. In this paper, we focused on control of each vibration which is a feature of the developed vibration source. We investigated the welding characteristics of copper plate and aluminum plate when the shape of vibration locus is varied. In addition, in order to prevent damage of the welding target at during the welding, a spherical surface processing welding tip was used.
