Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) In this report, we propose a new solving method using chaotic neurodynamics for a latency location routing problem. In case of large-scale natural disasters, relief supplies sometimes fail to deliver evacuation centers soon, and this causes secondary damages of the disaster. In order to solve this problem, we need to locate bases for relief supplies correctly and deliver them to each evacuation center in a minimum time. Above backgrounds propose a latency location routing problem. In this report, we propose a new solving method using k-means method and chaotic neurodynamics. The numerical experiments shows that the proposed method has good performance by locating bases using the k-means method correctly and effectively constructing the vehicle routes using chaotic neurodynamics.
