Network Resource Control for Guaranteeing IoT Application Deadline in Mobile Networks

Abstract(in English) Recently, Mobile networks are attracting a great dead of attention as a platform for real-time IoT applications. Individual devices such as vehicles, drones, and sensors can exchange real-time information with each other on this platform. To satisfy QoS requirements of each application on shared finite network resources, it is important to efficiently control them based on application data size and its deadline. However, in mobile networks that exist disturbances such as fluctuation of wireless quality, the fluctuation makes modeling error on the network resource control. Therefore, The resource control without compensating disturbance can not satisfy QoS requirements. In this paper, we propose the resource control method that can suppress disturbance by integral controller. We evaluate our proposed method on simulator and find that our proposed method outperforms the network resource control without the integral controller.
