Abstract(in English) In this report, we introduce some methods to increase capacity of FWS (Fixed Wireless Systems). In microwave bands, ultra higher order modulation scheme and LOS-MIMO (Line of Sight Multiple-Input Multiple-Output) technology have been developed. In millimeter-wave band, higher capacity can be achieved by using wider band-width than microwave bands. Moreover, we introduce current status of D-band standardization and the results of study in OAM mode-multiplexing in D-band. Finally, we provides future prospects of achievement in terms of capacity and frequency efficiency increasing by OAM mode- multiplexing.
