Abstract(in English) On providing services such as security, various and simultaneous usage of one data stream such as video is required in order to grasp the situation quickly and accurately. In this paper, to meet this requirement while increasing the efficiency of network usage, we propose the following two network functions: fitting data stream quickly to the purpose of use by selecting the pertinent stream content at packet level, and reserving data streams temporarily in order for users to use the past streams retroactively.
