| Abstract(in English) | The IEICE has provided the complete electronic publishing of the technical report for the workshops in the IEICE Communications Society (IEICE-CS), Electronics Society (IEICE-ES) and Information and System Society (IEICE-ISS), respectively. Especially, in IEICE-CS, all the workshops are with the complete electronic publishing, where the technical report (proceedings) in book form will be discontinued from April of 2018. From 2018, a new service named technical report archive service will be started as a digital library service, instead of the conventional distribution of the paper proceedings. A new sharable download license for the technical report files, which can be also available as site-license using IP address authentication, will support various research organizations like personal use, university laboratories, companies and so on. In this report, the authors explain additional design and implementation of the IEICE technical report online system to support the technical report archive service. Some web page images are shown as the implementation results. |
