Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) We propose a regular expression pattern matching circuit using rapidsingle flux quantum (RSFQ) circuit. Proposed circuit stores regular expressions including don't care, closure, and alternation patterns in pattern memory, and detects patterns in input string. The circuit consists of ``Matching blocks'' working in parallel, and a matching block in turn is based on systolic architecture and composed of ``Basic blocks'' connected in serial. We designed a basic block and fabricated a matching block consistsof three basic blocks using the AIST 10kA/cm2 ADP2 process. We confirmed correct operation at 38 Ghz with some exceptions.
