Study on measures for extracting and transferring safety know-how to prevent human error

Abstract(in English) Safety know-how (experts' safety behaviors that are performed voluntarily and not listed in procedure manuals as safety rules) plays an important role in ensuring on-site safety and preventing human error. To transfer this safety know-how to future generations, it is necessary to extract it from experts and select a transferring method such as rulemaking, training, etc. However prior studies on extracting safety know-how are rare and there are no established perspectives on selecting an appropriate method for transferring this knowledge. For solving these problems, this study devised a method for extracting safety know-how considering how to select transferring method.
